By downloading, installing, or using any software or services provided by AtlasKeep Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AtlasKeep provides a suite of software applications including but not limited to Vanguard Systems, WealthKeep, MyLifeTracked, FileFlow Player, Google Takeout Pro, and Convert. These tools are available as a unified ecosystem designed with privacy, offline capability, and security in mind.

3. User Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of AtlasKeep Apps require a paid subscription ("Master Bundle"). All payments are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will retain access to offline files and tools previously downloaded, subject to specific app functionality limits once the subscription lapses.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AtlasKeep Apps to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any other destructive software.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the software.
  • Use our services or APIs in an automated unauthorized manner.

5. App Store and Platform Compliance

When accessing AtlasKeep Apps via third-party platforms (such as the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or others), you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service. AtlasKeep enforces strict privacy frameworks to ensure compatibility with global App Store data safety requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

AtlasKeep Apps is provided "as is" and "as available." We DO NOT guarantee that the services will be free of bugs, interruptions, or errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasKeep Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
